The Bush Inn is an historic 16th Century thatched roof pub, set in the picturesque village of St. Hilary with flagstone floors and inglenook fireplaces as well as exposed oak beams. A pub full of charm and atmosphere with very friendly staff. The Bush was awarded Welsh Pub of the Year 2008/9 by the AA. The bar is open from 11am to 3pm and 5pm to 11pm and (Sunday 12 noon to 5pm and 7pm to 11.30pm). There is a selection of cask ales with guest ales which are changed on a regular basis. Food is available at lunchtimes and evenings. The food served is all homemade from locally sourced produce with great variety, with a combination of lunch and evening menus as well as a specials board which is changed on a weekly basis.
