The obvious focus of eating and drinking in St Hilary is the Bush Inn, a historic Grade II 16th Century thatched roof pub with flagstone floors and inglenook fireplaces as well as exposed oak beams. A pub full of charm and atmosphere with very friendly staff. It has won many awards and was the location for BBC Sherlock's Hound of the Baskervilles episode.
