St Hilary Safari Supper is a village dinner party with successive courses prepared and eaten at the residences of different hosts. Everyone meets at one house where canapes (and a lot of sparkling wine) are served. Then several of the villagers host a main course (for 8/10 people). It's a secret who is going to which house. After the main course, another set of villagers host deserts - again for 8/10 people. When deserts are finished, everybody returns to the Village Hall for coffee and petit fours.
